Grandview Heights sits in South Surrey, on the rising ground between Highway 99 and the ridge above Semiahmoo Bay. Almost all of it is recent: this was farmland and acreage within living memory, and the neighbourhood plans that replaced it are still filling in.
That shows in the housing. Townhouse complexes and detached homes here are largely post-2005, built in complete phases rather than infilled one lot at a time, so streets tend to be consistent in age and finish.
