My experience spans a wide range of real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, business sales, industrial and warehouse properties, retail spaces, land assemblies and presale developments.

Working across languages

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, I work with a diverse range of local and international clients, and understand the importance of clear communication, strong negotiation and trusted advice throughout every transaction.

Beyond traditional sales

From 2012 to 2016 I worked directly with developers in the presale industry, gaining experience in project positioning, sales strategy and marketing.

In 2016 I founded One Marketing Solutions Inc., where I have led the sales and marketing of numerous boutique townhouse and low-rise condominium projects throughout Metro Vancouver.

In Chinese-language media

I also have an established presence in Chinese-language digital media, creating real estate and market content for Cantonese- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
